today i been officially appointed as futsal manager for futsal team of national university malaysia, kuala lumpur campus division.
it was a good deal,really. but only one problem, that is i need to make team selection and prepare them all in less then a month..
to make thing worse i had to handle both male and female futsal team.
all idea's and plan that running in my head for quite sometime suddenly stop and jammed, i really don't know what to do now, tactical,formation,possession and all the crap are no where to be found.
what to do...what to do...what to do....
all my tactical ideas missing after i walk cross this wall.
